GIIR Acquires ZooMoney Entertainment and Expands into Entertainment Business

GIIR Group Inc. (CEO Eliot Kang) acquired ZooMoney ENT.(CEO Dong Joon Kim), star/model management agency, expanding into the entertainment industry.

On September 5th, GIIR Group acquired 50.98% of ZooMoney's new share issues and filed public disclosure of ZooMoney as a subsidiary company. The acquisition of ZooMoney signifies GIIR's first step into its entertainment business expansion strategy, encompassing star management/model agency/drama & movie production.

ZooMoney is a new addition to GIIR Group's list of companies ranging from LG Ad, Wunderman Korea, WBC, 2020, M.Hub, and Alchemedia. GIIR official stated that "GIIR will generate synergy effect between its subsidiaries through continuous interaction and strengthen marketing communication group's impact in the industry through future acquisitions and establishment of new entities."

In addition, ZooMoney ENT signed actor Joon Ho Jung and actively initiated the star management business.
